Learning Design and Community Manager - Job Summary

This operational role combines learning design and community management, responsible for maintaining the health of the global coach community and delivering learning programs to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coach community experience and serve as main contact for coach queries and feedback
  • Lead coach onboardings and run a schedule of webinars, events, and communications to foster community growth
  • Maintain accurate records of coach capabilities, certifications, experience, and performance data
  • Monitor coach engagement and performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations
  • Keep coaches informed of product updates and best practices
  • Partner with Growth Team to develop client programs, design and deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching
  • Tailor programs to specific client needs
  • Provide insights to Marketing, Product, and Sales based on community feedback

Requirements

  • Solid corporate Learning and Development (L&D) experience, preferably in professional or financial services
  • Strong skills in learning program design
  • Comfortable with operational tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, reporting, and coordination
  • Experience in startup, consulting, or freelance environments
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter capable of independent prioritization in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with executive coaching is a plus
