Social Media Manager - Job Summary
This role builds and scales Medical Guardian's social presence and community ecosystem through authentic brand storytelling, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute organic social strategy and brand voice across platforms
- Create and manage day-to-day content and community engagement
- Develop member advocacy programs and UGC collection systems
- Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships aligned with company values
- Collaborate with Paid Media to scale organic content into paid performance assets
- Use social listening for brand insights and campaign strategy
- Partner with Analytics and Growth teams to measure and optimize social performance
- Capture and develop first-party social audience data in collaboration with Lifecycle and CRM teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in social media marketing with community-building expertise
- Proven experience creating authentic brand content with measurable results
- Experience managing influencer partnerships from strategy to execution
- Strong community management skills with empathy for sensitive topics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Experience with UGC programs and member advocacy initiatives
- Platform expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Analytical skills to translate social data into insights
- Experience with social listening and monitoring tools
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work from Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
