Social & Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary

Manage Scriveiner's entire social media presence and community engagement, including content creation, scheduling, influencer partnerships, ambassador recruitment, and community management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media platforms daily, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Plan, organize, and schedule content across social media channels
  • Monitor and manage engagement such as comments, likes, and DMs
  • Interact proactively with relevant accounts and communities to build visibility
  • Support scheduling and management of founder brand content
  • Develop original content ideas optimized for each platform
  • Write captions, briefs, and social copy with an engaging brand voice
  • Quality-check content before publication for accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain content, asset, and file libraries
  • Support content planning and calendar management across campaigns
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
  • Prepare mood boards and campaign materials for creative planning
  • Coordinate and provide admin support for campaigns and shoots
  • Maintain content on PR and media platforms
  • Collate coverage and partnership results for reporting
  • Manage and grow Scriveiner Facebook community group
  • Develop community initiatives and manage engagement across channels
  • Identify and activate community advocates and superfans
  • Research and recruit influencers, ambassadors, and partners
  • Manage ongoing influencer and ambassador relationships
  • Coordinate gifting program logistics and reporting
  • Review and negotiate influencer proposals and agreements
  • Track influencer performance and ROI
  • Lead trend research, competitor analysis, and creative inspiration
  • Monitor competitor social activity to identify opportunities
  • Produce regular performance reporting and actionable insights
  • Use data to guide content strategy and channel prioritization

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning social media platforms and growing audiences
  • Strong eye for design, content, and culture
  • Passion for social media trends and content performance
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing communities like Facebook Groups
  • Experience managing influencer and ambassador relationships
  • Strong creative instincts for on-brand and culturally relevant content
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and act on social media analytics
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Clear and warm communication style
  • Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • AI literate and open to using emerging tools
