Social Affiliate and Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and execute social content strategy, affiliate program management, and community development across various expert platforms and brand channels, using creativity, data, and AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own social strategy and content roadmap for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Build AI-enhanced creative workflows for ideation, scripting, and performance optimization.
- Manage affiliate program strategy, performance, and daily operations across all brands.
- Recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partners and micro-influencers.
- Oversee Community Growth & Engagement Specialist and build brand presence on Reddit, StackOverflow, Substack, Quora, and other expert communities.
- Plan and run live interactive community events such as AMAs, livestreams, and expert Q&As.
- Track and optimize KPIs related to engagement, conversion, revenue, retention, and sentiment using AI-driven testing and dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and foster a results-driven, low-bureaucracy environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in social media, community management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or digital content for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
- Proven success managing social channels and affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
- Experience with Reddit, Substack, or other forum-based communities.
- Strong creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva) and AI-driven content tools.
- Ability to work quickly, pivot, and make independent decisions using customer insight and data.
- Genuine passion for fashion, styling, community building, and customer engagement.
- Comfort with content capture, discussion leadership, and hosting live events.
