Affiliate and Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Lead Europerfumes’ affiliate marketing strategy and execution while developing community-driven marketing initiatives to build authentic connections with fragrance communities and creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategy aligned with growth goals
- Manage daily operations of affiliate programs across all platforms
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with affiliates, publishers, and content creators
- Launch affiliate campaigns and incentives to drive conversions and loyalty
- Monitor performance KPIs and optimize spend
- Collaborate with influencer and content teams to integrate affiliate marketing with brand storytelling
- Build relationships with influencers, reviewers, and community leaders
- Launch community-based initiatives like ambassador programs and sampling partnerships
- Partner with e-commerce, merchandising, and creative teams for alignment
- Share affiliate and community insights to inform brand and campaign strategies
- Manage agency partners and internal resources for execution
- Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members
- Analyze campaign data and partner performance for optimization
- Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, luxury, or beauty
- Strong relationships with top affiliate platforms
- Proven success in building and optimizing high-performing affiliate programs
- Experience integrating affiliate with influencer, social, and content marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partners with high organization
- Familiarity with niche fragrance communities is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
