Social Media Manager - Job Summary
Manage and execute the brand's social media and community engagement strategies to build reputation and drive local interaction across multiple digital platforms in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategy with a defined mix of educational and promotional content
- Create high-quality written and visual content adhering to brand standards
- Assist in basic video creation and editing for PR and thought leadership
- Act as the brand voice on social media and review platforms with customer-centric communication
- Monitor and manage online reviews using reputation management software
- Implement strategies to achieve monthly review targets for each branch
- Ensure brand integrity by maintaining professional and consistent content
- Manage activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube using social media tools
- Analyze data to produce performance reports on leads, CPL, ROAS, and review scores
- Collaborate with corporate marketing, franchisees, and vendors
- Identify and escalate serious negative reviews or crises to corporate PR promptly
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and audience engagement
- Experience with franchise or multi-location business models preferred
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and reputation management software
- Skill in content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and scheduling/analytics platforms
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to manage workload independently
- Capable of following crisis management protocols maintaining professionalism and brand consistency
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
