As a Social Media Community Manager, you will create engaging content, build meaningful community relationships, and represent Steer's voice across social media to increase brand loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and share original short-form video content across brand channels
  • Highlight community stories and bring their perspectives to life through content

Requirements

  • Thoughtful and creative content approach with willingness to experiment
  • Video storytelling skills including shooting, editing, and publishing short-form videos
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, InShot, and CapCut
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content tailoring
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity and empathy for the audience
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for events and trade shows
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to new ideas and campaigns
