CX Engagement Specialist - Job Summary

Responsible for managing and leading Alpina’s brands on digital ecosystems by creating content strategies, handling daily social media interactions, and strengthening brand-consumer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, lead, and manage Alpina's brands across digital ecosystems
  • Create content strategies and calendars based on communication territory, tone, and brand identity
  • Publish and moderate content on websites and social media platforms
  • Respond to and report cases related to social media content
  • Participate in team meetings to report on communication status and content creation
  • Manage crisis alerts received via social media channels and propose actions
  • Interact with users to identify key users, fans, and influencers
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative performance reports on social media
  • Research new social media trends to support content creation
  • Provide real-time event coverage (RTM)
  • Daily interaction with clients

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing, or digital brand areas
  • Lead meetings with creative, content, and media agencies for communication strategies
  • Act as internal interlocutor alongside Alpina for digital content producers
  • Proactivity, visibility in contributions, passion, and assertiveness in communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a digital mindset
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Digital Assets, 360 Digital Campaigns, PQRs, Content Calendar Creation
  • Skills in Community Management, Content Strategy, KPI and metrics analysis, Social Listening
  • Preferred knowledge of Power BI and YouScan
  • Soft skills: Leadership, dynamism, public speaking, brand empowerment, curiosity, spelling and writing skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, continuous learning, adaptability
