About the Role
Are you addicted to great conversations? Do you live inside Reddit threads, reply to Tweets faster than you blink, or have a borderline unhealthy relationship with Discord pings? 😅
We’re looking for a Global Written Engagement & Community Manager — someone who can create, spark, and sustain conversations across text-first platforms while helping us grow our brand voice, engagement, and loyal following.
You’ll be the writer, responder, and community builder behind our EOS, ScaleSource, and related business brands — driving daily activity across Threads, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, WhatsApp, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, and anywhere else people talk business.
You’ll also manage our weekly Klaviyo newsletter, turning the week’s best posts, insights, and conversations into share-worthy storytelling that builds trust and drives action.
This is a fast-moving, AI-assisted, content-at-scale role — perfect for someone who can think, write, and engage all day long while using tools like ChatGPT and Jasper to keep ideas flowing.
What You’ll Do
✍️ Daily Conversation & Engagement
- Engage across 8–10 written platforms daily (Threads, Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Write, reply, and comment with personality, authenticity, and intelligence — not spammy automation.
- Keep conversations alive: start new threads, jump into active ones, and keep communities buzzing.
- Respond quickly and in brand voice — friendly, curious, helpful, and occasionally funny.
- Build meaningful connections by engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs, and EOS enthusiasts.
⚙️ AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to brainstorm and draft multiple posts daily across platforms.
- Personalize, edit, and humanize AI drafts before posting.
- Repurpose social discussions into micro-content, replies, and newsletter snippets.
💌 Newsletter & Written Content Management
- Write and schedule our weekly Klaviyo newsletter that recaps top conversations, lessons, or wins.
- Optimize for engagement — creative headlines, clean design, and storytelling that feels conversational.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and continuously improve content.
📊 Community Insights & Reporting
- Monitor engagement metrics, trending discussions, and sentiment.
- Report weekly on community growth, content trends, and engagement highlights.
- Suggest creative campaigns to increase visibility and interaction.
What You’ll Achieve
- Constant engagement: 150–200 written interactions daily (posts, replies, comments, and DMs).
- Active presence: Across at least 5 key written platforms per day.
- Timely responses: 1-hour turnaround during active windows.
- Newsletter excellence: Weekly Klaviyo send with 35%+ open rates.
- Community growth: +25% MoM engagement increase across all platforms.

✅ Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, EOS, or business coaching communities.
