 - Oversee community engagement and moderate conversations
 - Manage editorial calendars and creative campaigns ensuring deadlines and quality
 - Collaborate with creative and production teams to optimise YouTube content elements
 - Analyse performance data and provide senior-level insights, growth recommendations, and reporting
 - Research platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools applying innovations
