Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private entrepreneur community through daily Slack interaction, relationship building, member satisfaction, and event coordination to foster connection and participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily community engagement and conversations within Slack.
- Initiate discussions and encourage member participation.
- Build relationships and connect members based on shared goals.
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups.
- Monitor and track engagement metrics and report insights.
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvements.
- Monitor churn indicators and support retention efforts.
- Take ownership of community health and adapt to evolving needs.
Requirements
- Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events.
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work.
- Availability to work U.S. hours (ET–PT).
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities.
- Outgoing, proactive, confident communicator with a community-first mindset.
- Customer service-oriented with focus on member satisfaction and retention.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
