Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager leads venue operations, builds and nurtures a collaborative community environment, drives sales and retention to achieve full occupancy, and manages team and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all venue operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Create and oversee community initiatives through events and member introductions
- Drive growth, sales, and promotion of company services to achieve 100% occupancy
- Handle finance-related tasks including invoices, bills, and petty cash
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Communicate with property landlords and coordinate with headquarters
- Train and support team members
- Resolve member issues and complaints, manage renewals and payments
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and member retention
- Manage building operations and maintenance to ensure quality experience
- Lead and inspire the team to meet sales goals and objectives
- Conduct stakeholder management and reporting to align with budgets
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Degree, or Bachelor in sales, business development, hospitality, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
Education
Minimum Diploma, Degree, or Bachelor in sales, business development, hospitality, or related fields
