Social Media Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow Heritage's online communities, drive social media growth and engagement, and analyze performance across organic and paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and manage online communities across multiple social platforms.
  • Engage with followers and foster positive conversation to deepen trust.
  • Monitor sentiment and support reputation management with PR and leadership.
  • Collaborate on social content strategy and maintain editorial calendar.
  • Translate performance data into creative guidance and compelling stories.
  • Own social media measurement and reporting with KPIs and dashboards.
  • Partner on paid social campaigns for planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, editorial, brand, PR, marketing, and influencer teams.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in social media, community management, growth marketing, analytics, or paid social.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social communities at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Meltwater, Klear or similar tools, native platform analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Highly analytical with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Culture-obsessed, platform-fluent, trend-aware, organized, and proactive.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
