Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Community Manager will build and architect the AIVM Tribe community from zero, managing the Discord ecosystem, crafting narratives on X (Twitter), and engaging Layer-1 blockchain ecosystem users during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy the AIVM Discord community from scratch including channel structure and role hierarchy.
- Create sub-communities for validators, GPU providers, AI developers, and token holders to encourage technical discussions while managing noise and spam.
- Lead community communication on X (Twitter) by translating technical updates into engaging content.
- Manage sentiment, crisis, and feedback during testnet phases to maintain community trust and relay insights to engineering.
- Identify and cultivate power users and advocates to grow and energize community participation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Layer-1 or Layer-2 blockchain communities with understanding of validators, faucets, RPCs, gas mechanics, staking, and node operations.
- Expert Discord skills including building complex permission systems and anti-spam protections.
- Technical fluency to understand developer tools and assist users with wallet connections, node setup, and testnet onboarding.
- Strong content creation skills for Twitter threads, announcements, memes, and narrative updates.
- Ability to remain calm and manage community sentiment under pressure in chaotic pre-launch environments.
- Community-first mindset focused on empathy and responsiveness.
