Community Engagement Executive - Job Summary
The Community Engagement Executive will collaborate across teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, create and host video content, and manage community engagement with a focus on social media channels like TikTok and Reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary host for TikTok and Reels, simplifying health tips and participating in trending content.
- Create social media visuals using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator with original typography and advanced layout.
- Script, film, and edit short-form video content optimized for TikTok SEO.
- Engage with an international customer base in multiple languages (English, Italian, Spanish, or French).
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs daily with an empathetic and expert brand voice.
Requirements
- Proven TikTok/Reels portfolio demonstrating on-camera comfort.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (layers, masking, color grading) and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Desktop.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
- Highly presentable and professional appearance suitable for a health/wellness brand.
