TikTok Shop Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and scale the TikTok Shop presence by building a creator community and executing performance marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire TikTok Shop ecosystem including product launches and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of TikTok creators and affiliates, building strong ongoing relationships.
- Develop incentive structures, campaigns, and rewards to encourage content output and effective selling.
- Analyze content performance to identify trends and scaling opportunities, and inform campaign strategies.
- Plan and manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns, working closely with paid media strategy teams.
- Track and report key KPIs such as GMV, conversion rates, and ad performance to guide decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop and driving sales performance.
- Experience building and managing a creator or affiliate community.
- Strong understanding of TikTok content's role in commerce.
- Ability to identify winning products and trends in TikTok-native categories.
- Commercial acumen for pricing products and managing channel P&L.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok advertising, especially GMV Max campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven, analytical, and numerate with a self-starter attitude.
- Experience with Euka or Kalodata.
