Senior Community Manager - Job Summary

The Senior Community Manager will build and scale LearnWorlds' customer community to improve customer outcomes and drive retention, adoption, and long-term growth by structuring and expanding existing highly engaged organic communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve customer community strategy and operating model
  • Develop scalable content engine turning customer input into high-impact programming and educational content
  • Build community programs supporting onboarding, adoption, and peer learning
  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer community spaces ensuring engagement, moderation, and quality experience
  • Organize community experiences across diverse customer segments and roles
  • Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and support product feedback
  • Identify and nurture champions, advocates, and contributors
  • Measure community impact on health, NRR, product adoption, time-to-value, and support efficiency

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years experience building or scaling customer communities in SaaS, EdTech, or complex B2B environments
  • Ability to connect community initiatives to customer and business outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including CS, Product, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Experience managing diverse audiences including entrepreneurs and enterprise contacts
  • Familiarity with community tools such as Circles, Discord, Slack
  • Strong storytelling skills with content production experience (case studies, testimonials, video snippets)
  • Confidence facilitating live webinars, AMAs, interviews, and community events
  • Passion for content creation driving engagement (video snippets, posts, recaps, mini trainings)
  • Personal experience with teaching, coaching, and/or entrepreneurship
  • Curiosity and experience exploring AI tools for engagement analysis and scaling community programs is a plus
