Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow a high-value founder community by organizing events, driving engagement, and supporting founder expansion and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess founders for the S200 Cohort Selection
- Curate, engage, and grow a high-trust founder community across India and abroad
- Organize founder mixers, AMAs, roundtables, and digital hangouts
- Lead conversations on expansion, partnerships, and global scale-ups both online and offline
- Collaborate with marketing on community-led content and campaigns
- Drive engagement on a private platform for founders
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in community, founder relations, or ecosystem-building roles
- Experience working with startups, accelerators, or founder-led businesses
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with founders
- Proactive, energetic, and emotionally intelligent with a focus on creating engagement
