Intern Community Engagement Program Support - Job Summary

The internship supports outreach, engagement, and program-related activities with a flexible hybrid schedule, providing hands-on experience in nonprofit operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with program activities, outreach initiatives, and event planning
  • Create and curate content for social media and community communications
  • Support data entry, research, and tracking of program outcomes
  • Engage with volunteers and community partners
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks
  • Help coordinate virtual and in-person engagement opportunities
  • Represent Alternatives For Girls at community events when appropriate
