Affiliate & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Affiliate & Community Manager will build and nurture Wati's brand presence on social media and the product community across the LATAM region, focusing on demand generation through affiliate and influencer programs and strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation through affiliate and influencer programs, including prospecting, activation, relationship management, and performance tracking
- Structure and scale affiliate/influencer programs by defining goals, commission structures, and partner prioritization
- Plan and publish social content, managing the social media editorial calendar
- Develop and run employee advocacy programs to encourage organic brand amplification
- Produce monthly performance reports on community and affiliate/influencer channels focusing on demand generation metrics
- Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment, and interactions, responding in line with Wati's tone of voice
- Collaborate with Content & SEO, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure message consistency and integration into the acquisition funnel
Requirements
- Spanish or Portuguese speaker
- Fluent English
- Experience managing affiliate programs and/or influencer partnerships focused on demand/lead generation
- Experience in social media management and/or community management
- Analytical skills to convert performance data into actionable reports and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills to manage editorial calendar, partner relationships, and multiple workstreams
