Business Development Manager - Job Summary
This role focuses on building community partnerships and business development to create opportunities and help grow Alloy’s memberships and future markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships in Ahwatukee Foothills and South Tempe
- Build relationships with employers, healthcare providers, schools, churches, and local businesses
- Represent Alloy at networking events, business organizations, and community functions
- Coordinate educational workshops, wellness presentations, and community activations
- Create opportunities for prospective members to learn about Alloy
- Generate and schedule introductory appointments with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnerships and opportunities
- Develop repeatable growth systems to support future expansion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, relationship management, corporate wellness, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop new relationships and opportunities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable networking and attending community events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transport up to 45 pounds for events
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
