Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The role focuses on building and managing the AIVM Tribe community from the ground up, including architecting the Discord ecosystem, managing communications on social media, and supporting a diverse user base during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy the AIVM Discord community from scratch including channels, roles, verification, and support systems.
- Create sub-communities for validators, GPU providers, AI developers, and token holders to facilitate high-quality technical discussions.
- Lead communication on X (Twitter) by translating technical updates into engaging content like threads and memes.
- Manage sentiment, crisis, and feedback during testnet phases to maintain community trust and convey actionable insights to engineering.
- Identify key users, cultivate community advocates, and develop programs to turn participants into long-term contributors.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Layer-1 or Layer-2 blockchain communities with knowledge of validators, faucets, RPCs, gas, staking, and node operations.
- Expertise in Discord architecture including complex permissions, anti-raid/anti-spam settings, and large-scale server management.
- Technical fluency to understand developer tooling and assist users with wallet connections, node setup, and testnet onboarding.
- Strong content creation skills for engaging social media updates and community narratives.
- Ability to remain calm and manage community sentiment in high-pressure, pre-launch environments.
- Community-oriented mindset focused on responsiveness, empathy, and fostering a trustworthy environment.
