Dental Marketing & Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary
Lead the marketing and community engagement efforts to build the brand, increase patient acquisition and retention, and foster strong community relationships through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute dental-specific marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty
- Manage social media strategy, content creation, posting cadence, and performance tracking
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, offices, and materials
- Plan and execute PR stunts, community activations, and local events
- Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, medical offices, and community organizations
- Represent the company at community events and outreach initiatives
- Create and oversee marketing materials including digital content, signage, in-office displays, and promotional collateral
- Capture and curate social content from offices and events
- Elevate patient experience through creative campaigns and communication touchpoints
- Support office teams with internal marketing initiatives and patient communication tools
- Monitor key conversion metrics such as scheduling, call answer rates, and online engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental or healthcare marketing
- Proven experience managing social media, branding, and community-based marketing
- Strong understanding of dental patient acquisition strategies
- Experience planning events, partnerships, and PR-style activations
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and office teams
- Organized, creative, proactive, and confident taking ownership
