Community Manager - Job Summary
Seeking a motivated bilingual (English-Spanish) Community Manager to plan, execute, and analyze content strategies across multiple digital platforms to build community loyalty and strengthen the firm's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and distribute content on Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube 14 days in advance aligned with firm’s brand guidelines
- Design and implement multichannel content strategies targeting conversions and community engagement
- Lead content ideation and document each concept with execution guidelines
- Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors bi-weekly to propose impactful content
- Coordinate with creative team to ensure editorial deadlines are met and escalate delays promptly
- Monitor metrics on social networks, produce bi-weekly reports, and implement data-driven improvements
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and share insights with the team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with content management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills
- Analytical skills for measuring results and proposing improvements
- Strong organization and time-management to handle multiple projects
