Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and engage a private community of entrepreneurs through daily Slack interactions, relationship building, member satisfaction, and event coordination to foster connections and maintain a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and participate in daily Slack conversations to engage the community
  • Build and strengthen relationships among community members
  • Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics and satisfaction
  • Manage feedback surveys and analyze results to inform improvements
  • Support retention efforts by identifying engagement gaps and implementing solutions
  • Operate independently and adapt to evolving community needs

Requirements

  • Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events
  • Access to personal equipment for full-time remote work
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT)
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities
