Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow an online community for a lifestyle brand through digital engagement, community activation, and relationship management in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with followers across social media platforms through comments, direct messages, stories, and interactions.
  • Manage and grow community channels including Facebook Groups, WhatsApp chats, and the brand ambassador program.
  • Plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as polls, giveaways, live sessions, Q&As, and content challenges.
  • Gather insights and feedback from community interactions to share with the marketing team.
  • Support ambassador onboarding and maintain communication to foster a strong community connection.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on community growth, sentiment, and participation trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with passion for connecting with people.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in community management, customer engagement, or social media moderation.
  • Proficiency with community and communication tools such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, and ambassador management platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and conversations simultaneously.
