Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow an online community for a lifestyle brand through digital engagement, community activation, and relationship management in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with followers across social media platforms through comments, direct messages, stories, and interactions.
- Manage and grow community channels including Facebook Groups, WhatsApp chats, and the brand ambassador program.
- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as polls, giveaways, live sessions, Q&As, and content challenges.
- Gather insights and feedback from community interactions to share with the marketing team.
- Support ambassador onboarding and maintain communication to foster a strong community connection.
- Track engagement metrics and report on community growth, sentiment, and participation trends.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with passion for connecting with people.
- Minimum 2 years experience in community management, customer engagement, or social media moderation.
- Proficiency with community and communication tools such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, and ambassador management platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and conversations simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for fostering vibrant online communities.
