Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and coach a dedicated group of TikTok Shop creators to ensure motivation, consistency, and alignment with proven strategies in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated pod of TikTok Shop creators and build strong one-on-one relationships
- Provide daily motivation, encouragement, and accountability
- Proactively support creators’ filming and posting consistency through calls and messages
- Maintain high community energy with reminders, prompts, and celebrating wins
- Review creator videos and provide feedback on lighting, camera angles, hooks, titles, and scripts
- Coach creators on improving performance using TikTok Shop content strategies
- Track creator consistency, posting habits, and performance metrics
- Identify execution gaps and follow up to drive improvement
- Report creator progress, challenges, and bottlenecks to leadership
- Collaborate with internal team members to uphold community standards
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance creator culture
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- High-energy with a positive attitude and passion for supporting creators
- Ability to motivate and hold people accountable with warmth and clarity
- Comfortable with frequent calls, voice notes, and hands-on support
- Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful
- Growth-minded and embraces a high-performance coaching culture
- Familiarity with TikTok content, trends, or creator coaching is a strong plus
