Associate Community Manager - Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in community or social media management with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community tools, analytics, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Empathy, patience, professionalism, and ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Experience or strong interest in fintech and crypto is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related field
