Associate Community Manager - Job Summary
The role involves growing and nurturing the MiniPay community by developing engagement strategies, managing online platforms, and fostering meaningful connections with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and grow online community presence across social media and forums
- Foster a positive, inclusive community encouraging active participation
- Monitor and respond timely to community inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams for consistent messaging
- Analyze community metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and community meetups
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in community or social media management with a proven track record
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community tools, analytics, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Empathy, patience, professionalism, and ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Experience or strong interest in fintech and crypto is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related field
