Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private community of approximately 160 entrepreneurs through daily Slack interactions, relationship building, member satisfaction monitoring, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage daily in Slack conversations, initiate discussions, and maintain a professional and welcoming tone
- Build relationships by connecting members based on shared goals and interests
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
- Plan and coordinate member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics including participation and event attendance
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to provide actionable insights
- Support retention efforts by monitoring churn indicators and implementing solutions independently
- Adapt to evolving community needs and priorities
Requirements
- Excellent neutral US-friendly spoken English accent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT)
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities
