Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage social media content, cultivate creator relationships, and engage the community to enhance brand awareness and loyalty for Buck Mason’s Women's Brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media and activation strategies aligned with seasonal goals.
  • Identify KPIs and measure social media campaign success.
  • Create and manage content for multiple social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and X.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on seasonal content creation and promotion.
  • Curate user-generated content and foster positive community engagement.
  • Serve as liaison between brand and community, responding to feedback and cultivating relationships.
  • Manage relationships and partnerships with social media creators and influencers.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns optimizing budget and ROI.
  • Identify and manage collaborative projects and partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activations to boost community engagement.
  • Track and report on social media and collaborative initiative performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape for strategy optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media platforms and community engagement.
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Skill in content creation and collaboration with creators and partners.
  • Experience negotiating and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Experience with paid social media campaign management and optimization.
