Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead Sonatus's social media brand presence and cultivate online communities across primary and secondary platforms to enhance awareness, follower growth, and generate high-quality leads from target industry segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement social media plans aligned with business goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content including text, images, and videos.
- Refine voice, tone guidelines, and channel-specific social strategies.
- Lead social listening and community management, including engagement opportunities and reporting.
- Manage the Employee Advocacy Program, including onboarding and encouraging employee participation.
- Oversee executive social presence by developing tailored content and collaborating with leadership.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and drive KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B social media and online community management.
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and create aligned content.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools for creating polished graphics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to adopt unique voices and simplify complex technical concepts.
