Senior Growth and Community Manager - Job Summary

Responsible for managing and growing Heritage’s social media communities while driving growth, traffic, and conversion across organic and paid channels. Acts as a link between brand voice and business impact through community engagement, performance optimization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and manage online communities across multiple social platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive conversations.
  • Monitor sentiment and support reputation management with PR and leadership.
  • Collaborate with content managers to align social strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Translate performance data and feedback into creative guidance.
  • Partner with consignment directors to surface compelling stories.
  • Manage social media measurement including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports.
  • Partner with paid social team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns.
  • Support budget pacing, performance analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Develop and execute testing frameworks like A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Editorial, Brand, PR, Marketing, and Influencer teams.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations and ensure clarity in social performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years experience in social media, community management, growth marketing, analytics, or paid social.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social communities at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meltwater, Klear or similar influencer analytics tools, native platform analytics, Google Analytics, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Highly analytical with ability to convert data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Culture-aware and trend-fluent, organized and proactive.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
