Senior Growth and Community Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing Heritage’s social media communities while driving growth, traffic, and conversion across organic and paid channels. Acts as a link between brand voice and business impact through community engagement, performance optimization, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage online communities across multiple social platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive conversations.
- Monitor sentiment and support reputation management with PR and leadership.
- Collaborate with content managers to align social strategy and editorial calendar.
- Translate performance data and feedback into creative guidance.
- Partner with consignment directors to surface compelling stories.
- Manage social media measurement including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion.
- Create and maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports.
- Partner with paid social team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns.
- Support budget pacing, performance analysis, and ROI measurement.
- Develop and execute testing frameworks like A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Editorial, Brand, PR, Marketing, and Influencer teams.
- Provide data-backed recommendations and ensure clarity in social performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience in social media, community management, growth marketing, analytics, or paid social.
- Proven experience managing and growing social communities at scale.
- Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meltwater, Klear or similar influencer analytics tools, native platform analytics, Google Analytics, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
- Highly analytical with ability to convert data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Culture-aware and trend-fluent, organized and proactive.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
