Community Operations Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of MetaFilter's volunteer moderation program and community infrastructure, acting as the primary operational liaison among stakeholders to ensure effective and transparent systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational management of volunteer moderation program and community infrastructure
- Serve as the main link between Board of Directors, volunteer moderators, committees, contractors, and community
- Ensure moderation, volunteer, and community support systems run effectively, consistently, and transparently
- Manage volunteer coordination and community stewardship
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes
