Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private community of approximately 160 entrepreneurs through daily Slack interactions, relationship building, event coordination, and tracking engagement to foster a positive and active environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage and manage daily conversations within Slack to maintain community participation.
- Introduce and connect members based on shared goals and interests to foster collaboration.
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups.
- Monitor and report community engagement metrics to inform retention strategies.
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Proactively support retention efforts and take ownership of community health.
- Adapt to evolving community needs and priorities.
Requirements
- Excellent US-friendly spoken English accent with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events.
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT).
- Highly professional communicator across Slack, email, and video calls.
- Customer service oriented with a focus on member satisfaction and retention.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
