Manage and engage an online community to enhance the client's brand reputation, foster interactions, and drive customer loyalty across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
- Grow and nurture an online community of passionate customers.
- Encourage discussions, answer questions, and engage with community members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create FAQs and other brand-related content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar for community content.

- Schedule posts ensuring on-time and error-free delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and timely.
- Escalate issues as needed and liaise with relevant departments.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure guideline adherence.
- Uphold brand values and social media policy compliance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams on creative processes and social calendar delivery.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics and provide reports.
- Conduct social media listening and competitors performance reporting.
- Produce end-of-campaign sentiment analysis reports.
Requirements
- Exceptional understanding of Saudi culture.
- Excellent Arabic copywriting skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community management for established brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, forums, and management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for community building.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
