Executive Events & Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage the executive dinner series end to end, including outreach, event logistics, sponsor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder to run executive dinner series
- Conduct guest and speaker outreach and manage RSVPs and briefings
- Manage event logistics including venues, guest lists, name cards, and run of show
- Coordinate sponsors and ensure quality on-the-night experience
- Maintain CRM, Luma pages, and handle post-event follow-up
- Provide light content support such as event recaps, LinkedIn posts, and member communications
Requirements
- 2+ years in events, community, or executive operations
- Comfortable writing to C-level executives
- Detail-oriented with clear, human writing style (no AI-sounding copy)
- Familiarity with Luma and Google Workspace
