Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private entrepreneur community of approximately 160 members through daily Slack interaction, relationship building, member satisfaction, and event coordination to foster connections and maintain a professional, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and participate in daily conversations within Slack to keep the community engaged.
- Introduce and connect members based on shared goals, interests, and needs to foster collaboration.
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups.
- Monitor and track community engagement metrics and report insights.
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
- Proactively support retention efforts and take ownership of community health.
- Adapt to evolving community needs and priorities.
Requirements
- Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events.
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work.
- Availability to work U.S. hours (ET–PT).
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities.
