Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Community Manager supports the Relationship Management team by managing operational infrastructure, ensuring smooth investor interactions, and contributing to investor experience and follow-up, with a growth path toward independently managing investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational infrastructure supporting the Relationship Management team, including email support, call scheduling, Calendly management, and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in the CRM system.
- Prepare investor call materials and portfolio summaries for Relationship Managers.
- Serve as a first point of contact for investor inquiries not requiring senior Relationship Manager involvement.
- Manage post-call follow-up tasks and track resolution of investor requests.
- Proactively identify investors needing attention and escalate to Relationship Managers.
- Own and improve workflows, playbooks, and process documentation for the Relationship Management team.
- Track team activity and KPIs, supporting reporting for senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in investor experience and team operations.
- Lead adoption and development of AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in investor calls and develop toward independently managing investor relationships.
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in high-volume, investor- or client-facing financial services roles such as wealth management, private banking, or fund operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce with accuracy.
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to build and improve systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Genuine interest in venture capital, investing, and investor experience.
