Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of flexible workspaces, delivering exceptional member experiences through community engagement, team leadership, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop community events to build member relationships and partnerships
- Train and manage the community team, ensuring accountability and business performance
- Manage all financial tasks including petty cash, invoicing, payments, and budget adherence
- Ensure inventory management and analyze profit & loss reports
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of workspace facilities
- Oversee daily operations including front desk services, event planning, and marketing
- Collaborate with sales to maintain 100% occupancy and drive revenue growth
- Conduct member tours and mentor junior staff in sales and membership processes
- Coordinate with landlords and internal teams for property and project management
- Produce event collateral and maintain social media presence and event calendars
- Set and manage SMART goals for the team, handle hiring processes, and performance reviews
- Foster personal growth and training for self and team members
- Represent the company at internal and external events
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in customer-facing leadership roles, preferably in sales and events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with multitasking ability
- Ability to perform under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Good business acumen
- Fluency in English
- University degree is an advantage
- Experience in coworking, real estate, or startup environments is advantageous
