Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Community Manager will build and architect the AIVM Tribe community from the ground up, managing Discord ecosystems, social narratives, and transforming users into passionate advocates during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and launch the AIVM Discord community from zero to one, managing channels, roles, verification, and support systems.
- Design sub-communities for validators, GPU providers, AI developers, and token holders to foster technical discussions while controlling noise.
- Lead AIVM's presence on Twitter by creating technical content, updates, and engaging narratives.
- Manage sentiment, crises, and feedback during the Testnet phase, maintaining community trust and relaying insights to engineering.
- Identify and cultivate power users and advocates, creating programs to convert participants into long-term contributors.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Layer-1 or Layer-2 blockchain communities with understanding of validators, faucets, RPCs, gas mechanics, staking, and node operations.
- Expertise in Discord server architecture, including complex permission systems, anti-raid/spam protections, and maintenance.
- Technical fluency to understand developer tools and assist users with wallet, node, and testnet issues (non-coding).
- Strong content creation skills for high-engagement Twitter threads and community updates.
- Ability to remain calm and manage community sentiment under pressure.
- Community-first mindset focused on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust.
