Community Engagement Specialist - Job Summary
Join the Client Care team to connect with the audience, manage community interactions, and strengthen customer trust across community platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight and provide responses to customer inquiries across community channels
- Mediate and moderate communications to uphold brand standards and resolve issues diplomatically
- Identify recurring questions to improve the Knowledge Base and align with Support team protocols
- Facilitate peer-to-peer solutions to encourage user autonomy and engagement
- Detect and report critical issues or bugs to technical teams and management
- Monitor performance indicators like Community CSAT, response times, and support ticket deflections
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
- Proven background in Community Management or Client Care, client-facing experience is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail managing high message volumes
- Focus on problem-solving and user satisfaction aligned with Brand strategy
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and professionally
- Calm and constructive when handling demanding customers or sensitive situations
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset
Education
Degree/diploma in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or related field (pursuing or recently completed)
