Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary

The Community Marketing Manager will lead execution of customer and industry community initiatives to drive participation, strengthen relationships, and deliver high-quality engagement experiences across digital and in-person platforms for the attractions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute community programs such as workshops and Super User engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for online community events including Operator Live chats, speaker coordination, promotions, and follow-up.
  • Track operator engagement and feedback to inform improvements in programming and content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key industry advocates.
  • Own and maintain a centralized Community Intelligence Hub with insights and engagement data accessible to multiple teams.
  • Leverage AI to analyze trends, feedback, and community sentiment to inform product and messaging.
  • Collaborate on co-branded activations and industry storytelling with Partnerships and Marketing.
  • Support charitable and industry advocacy efforts.
  • Engage with operators, partners, prospects, and associations on social media platforms providing insights and contributing to conversations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in community programming, event execution, customer engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle community programming logistics for digital events and live chats.
  • Curiosity about AI and applying it to community management.
  • Excellent communication skills and speaker coordination experience.
  • Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to create engaging community experiences.
