Director of Community Engagement - Job Summary
Lead and shape a global community engagement program that supports Rubix's growth, reputation, and social impact by building scalable frameworks and embedding community insights into decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead global community engagement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for consistent, high-quality engagement across regions.
- Lead community assessments to translate insights into impactful strategies and programs.
- Advise on community sentiment and reputational risk, managing issues proactively.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with community leaders, government officials, NGOs, and stakeholders.
- Design and oversee flagship programs and partnerships to strengthen local ecosystems.
- Partner cross-functionally to embed community strategy into business processes.
- Establish impact measurement and reporting frameworks for leadership communication and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in community engagement, public affairs, CSR, or stakeholder relations.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, energy, real estate, or data center development.
- Expertise in issues management and stakeholder strategy.
- Ability to build programs delivering social impact and business value.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Preferred: experience in hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or large-scale development.
- Preferred: international experience with multi-region programs.
- Preferred: background in ESG, corporate affairs, or community investment strategy.
