Community Manager - Job Summary
The role focuses on managing the firm's digital community and social media presence, creating and implementing content strategies to engage audiences and build community loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and distribute the firm’s content on multiple social media platforms 14 days in advance.
- Design and implement multichannel content strategies to drive conversions and strengthen digital reputation.
- Lead content ideation, documenting and tracking ideas from concept to publication.
- Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and best practices bi-weekly to propose content improvements.
- Coordinate with creative team to meet editorial deadlines, escalating issues promptly.
- Monitor social media metrics, produce bi-weekly reports, and apply data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and trends and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in social media and digital community management.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
- Analytical ability to measure results and propose improvements.
- Organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
