Community Manager - Job Summary
Serve as the key liaison between Jeeter and the budtender community, managing education, events, SOPs, and collaborations to strengthen brand loyalty and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage SOPs for Jeeter University events, Social Hours, and educations.
- Plan, budget, and coordinate all Jeeter University education events and Social Hours.
- Organize budtender social hours, awards, giveaways, and apparel initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials for Jeeter University ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor market trends to plan and execute relevant budtender initiatives.
- Collaborate monthly with product development to stay updated on products.
- Lead educational initiatives to keep the local team informed of product standards.
- Develop and manage state-specific budtender VIP ambassador programs.
- Document and refine SOPs and informational materials regularly.
- Create and manage surveys to assess budtender campaign effectiveness.
- Align budgeting and planning with organizational goals for program success.
- Work closely with teams to ensure coordinated execution of budtender programs.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid Driver's License.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies focused on brand activation and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Asana, and other project management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills focusing on operational efficiency.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different locations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
