Social Media Community Manager - Job Summary
Join the marketing team to manage and grow the firm's social media presence by creating, editing, and publishing daily content across multiple platforms and office locations in the DMV area.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish original content daily across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop varied and consistent content tailored to platform-specific styles, dimensions, formats, and audience engagement trends.
- Generate content at all company office locations representing teams, daily activities, testimonials, and professional photos.
- Monitor social media accounts to respond timely to interactions and maintain quality control of visual and written content.
- Ensure all visual and marketing assets are brand-aligned, visually accurate, and updated, and report outdated materials promptly.
- Review captions for spelling and grammatical accuracy and ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings and collaborate with marketing and legal teams on ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong video recording and editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Ability to work onsite and travel between office locations in the DMV area.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and content scheduling tools is a plus.
- Creative storytelling ability.
- Self-starter with execution mindset.
- Comfortable recording people and office environments.
- Fast-paced content creation skills.
- Brand-focused and detail-oriented.
