Nightlife Content & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Nightlife Content & Community Manager is responsible for managing all nightlife-related content, communications, and on-site coverage, coordinating DJ programming and creative assets to enhance the nightlife experience across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing and activations for all nightlife events and DJ performances
- Manage DJ announcements for peak weeks and special events
- Ensure nightlife programming aligns with brand and cultural moments
- Manage nightlife-related creative assets including photos, videos, and graphics
- Coordinate with designers and videographers for accurate and timely delivery of DJ assets
- Capture on-site nightlife moments optimized for social media
- Collaborate with Music Director, Social Media team, and Project Managers on content publication
- Support planning and rollout of nightlife content across organic and paid initiatives
- Book and manage influencer tables and guest lists aligned with brand objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with nightlife influencers, DJs, blogs, and tastemakers
- Provide recap content assets to DJ agencies
- Encourage community redistribution of key DJ moments
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing
- Strong understanding of DJ culture and nightlife programming
- Proven experience managing creative assets and collaborating with designers and agencies
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak event weeks
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Strong eye for content, trends, and social storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
