- Video storytelling skills; ability to shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos using tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut.
- Strong understanding of how different social platforms work and tailor content accordingly.
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity and empathy for the audience.
- Ability to work independently and move quickly on campaigns and ideas.
