Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and grow a private entrepreneur community by driving engagement, building connections, and ensuring member satisfaction through active moderation, events, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily conversations in Slack and actively manage community engagement
- Connect members based on goals, industry, and interests
- Coordinate and execute high-quality events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
- Conduct regular member check-ins to identify engagement gaps and risks of churn
- Track participation levels, member activity, and event attendance
- Run surveys and analyze feedback to improve the community experience
- Report engagement insights and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Strong spoken English with clear, neutral, US-friendly accent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management
- Experience coordinating events or member experiences
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Reliable remote work setup
- Outgoing and confident in starting conversations
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
