Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and grow a private entrepreneur community by building connections, driving engagement, and ensuring active and satisfied members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily conversations in Slack
- Connect members based on goals, industry, and interests
- Coordinate and manage retreats, dinners, and meetups
- Track engagement levels and member activity
- Report insights to improve engagement and retention
- Conduct regular member check-ins to identify engagement gaps and risks
- Run and analyze surveys to improve community experience
Requirements
- Strong spoken English (clear, neutral, US-friendly)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in community management, customer success, and relationship management
- Experience coordinating events or member experiences
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Reliable remote work setup
